The dangers of vitamin deficiency because of the weight loss programs

All programs and weight-loss research relies on reducing meals covered by a person in half, but with these programs is reduced vitamins in the body and that the man at risk.


 Vitamin A deficiency leads to dry skin and wrinkle the skin next to hair loss and skin infections

 Vitamin A is found in abundance in green beans, carrots, eggs, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, and vitamin B complex deficiency also leads to dry skin and this vitamin is available in abundance in bread containing apostasy and green beans and spinach.

The lack of vitamin C leads to bleeding of the skin and teeth and arent available in abundance in the cabbage, grapes, lemons, oranges, spinach and tomatoes .
